New fiber ends add control over output beam shape and fiber efficiency

Stirling, N.J. (January 29, 2014) – New shaped tip fibers and fiber assemblies from Fiberguide Industries provide optimum control over laser light during medical procedures. The conical, ball, radiused, chiseled and angular fiber ends are ideal for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), optical-coherence tomography-guided (OCT) and photodynamic therapy (PDT) laser treatments.
